Data we process
Master account registration stores your email address, master password hash, selected language, terms version, and acceptance date. Creating a game account stores its login, protected password record, and link to your master account. Character and gameplay records are stored for game operation. Security logs may contain IP addresses, request times, and technical browser or client information.
Payments and wallet records
Stripe processes payment details on its hosted Checkout page. Special Global does not receive or store your full card details. To process and reconcile a payment, the service sends Stripe your email address, selected package, and price, and stores payment status, amount, currency, refunds, disputes, and wallet history.
How the data is used
Account and wallet data is used to authenticate your master account, create game accounts, verify Stripe payments, maintain your SG Coin balance, transfer SG Coin to your selected character, display linked accounts and characters, protect the service, investigate abuse, and operate the website, launcher, and game.
Passwords, TXT files, and sessions
Master and game passwords are stored only as separate hashes, not as readable text. After successful game account creation, your browser builds the credentials TXT locally from the values you entered; the website does not store that TXT or retain a readable copy of the game password. Website sessions use a random token in a Secure, HttpOnly cookie. Server-side session records store hashes of the token, IP address, and browser identifier.
Storage and disclosure
Game and payment data is handled through access-restricted systems. Information needed to run Checkout is disclosed to Stripe as the payment processor. Other data is not sold and is disclosed only when needed to operate or protect the service, process payments and disputes, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
Retention
Master account, game account, character, payment, wallet-ledger, refund, and dispute records remain while the accounts are active or as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Expired website sessions are removed automatically. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and maintenance.
Your choices
You can change the master password in the Account section and sign out to end the current website session. The site does not display game passwords after creation, so keep each downloaded credentials file secure. Stripe provides its own controls and privacy information for payment data processed on Checkout.
