Account responsibility
Use accurate registration information and keep your master password and every game account credential private. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts you create. Do not share, sell, or transfer account access.
Credentials file
When a game account is created, your browser downloads its login and password in a TXT file. Store that file securely. The website does not display the game password again after creation.
SG Coin wallet and payments
Stripe Checkout sells the fixed SG Coin packages shown in the master-account wallet at a rate of 1 SG Coin per 1 THB. Special Global adds SG Coin to the wallet only after Stripe confirms a successful payment. SG Coin is an in-game balance, not a bank deposit or cash account, and can be transferred only to a character linked to your own master account.
Refunds and payment disputes
Approved refunds, reversals, or payment disputes may reduce the corresponding SG Coin wallet credit. If the coins were already transferred to the game, the wallet may become negative and further transfers remain unavailable until the balance is restored. Nothing in these terms limits refund or consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
Fair play
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, automate access outside approved game features, or attempt to access another player’s account or data. Project administration may restrict accounts that threaten service integrity or other players.
Service availability
Maintenance, updates, security incidents, and technical faults may temporarily interrupt the website, launcher, payment confirmation, or game access. Confirmed maintenance and release information is published on the News page.
Client and content
Use the official launcher from l2sg.vip to obtain project files. Lineage II and related trademarks belong to NCSOFT Corporation; Special Global is an independent community project and is not affiliated with NCSOFT.
Changes
These terms may change when account, wallet, payment, or game services change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
